In partnership with Ericsson, Caspian is responsible for ensuring that MTN
Cameroun, Orange Senegal (formerly Sonatel Mobile), Orange Mali
(formerly Ikatel), Orange Cote d’ivoire, Orange Cameroun, Celtel
Nigeria etc. continue to derive optimal returns on their tremendous
investments in Juniper MPLS routers, Juniper Netscreen firewalls and
Extreme Summit Layer-3 switches by providing “Next Day”* support to all
these corporations.
Guaranteeing that critical, numerous network equipment and services remain
always-on and perform at optimal levels can be technically and
administratively challenging moreso when these devices are spread across
multiple, disparate telecommunications corporations, each with its own
peculiar business environment and expectations. Ericsson was faced with
these challenges and required a team with the appropriate experience and
